Who we are

Aplausos de Pie is a social initiative operated by Grupo IMPETU LLC to support the rebuilding of dance and theater academies in Venezuela affected by the double earthquake of June 24, 2026. This policy explains what data we process and for what purposes.

What data we collect

• Academy registration: the academy name, location, contact details (name, email, WhatsApp), and photos of the damage that the academy itself uploads.
• Donations: name and email, and the payment details needed to process the donation (handled directly by our payment gateway; we do not store card numbers).
• Browsing: technical cookies necessary for the site to function.

What we use the data for

• To build the database of affected academies and verify their situation.
• To process donations and issue the corresponding receipt.
• To contact academies and donors about the project's progress.
• To be publicly accountable in the Transparency section.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers necessary to operate (for example, the payment gateway). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights
