Ownership
The site aplausosdepie.com and the Aplausos de Pie initiative are operated by Grupo IMPETU LLC. The founding alliance is made up of IMPETU Dance Studio, IMPETU Producciones (IPRO), and CLAS Producciones.
Nature of donations
Aplausos de Pie is not a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations made through this site are not tax-deductible. They are voluntary contributions intended for the rebuilding of affected dance and theater academies.
Purpose of the site
The site allows (1) the public registration of affected academies, (2) the collection of monetary and in-kind donations, and (3) live accountability for the use of resources.
Intellectual property and images
Content, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. We only use our own photographs or those provided by the registered academies; we do not use images from other disasters.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date. Links to third parties are offered only as a reference and do not imply responsibility for their content.
