Structural inspection and technical assessment of each academy are led by Godayol + Flores Arquitectos<\/strong>, a Venezuelan studio based in Caracas headed by architects Juan Carlos Godayol and Noriuska Flores. Since the earthquake, the studio has stood out for its analysis on earthquake-resistant reconstruction, soil studies, and resilient urban planning.
